  For your convenience and comfort, Reiki sessions are provided in the familiar and peaceful setting of your own home. To ensure you have a relaxing and comfortable Reiki experience, please wear loose, non-restrictive clothing. Many find it helpful to wear socks and long sleeves, as the body's temperature can drop, especially in the feet. For an optimal energy flow, please avoid wearing jewelry. Your initial appointment will begin with a welcoming conversation about your health background, your hopes for healing, and a simple intake form to help me understand your needs.
